In this role, you will perform general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.ResponsibilitiesYou will perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of department leadership of Imaging ServicesYou will follow policies and procedures as you provide patient care activities and any related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and familiesYou will recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environmentScope of practice will be limited to exams where proficiency has been demonstrated and within the parameters of licensureRequirementsEligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program. Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required.About Deaconess HospitalFounded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region.
