Adecco is assisting a local client in Santa Clara, CA for Production Operator roles. This is for 3rd shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. $20 to $24 an hour DOE. APPLY NOW Production Operator u2013 PCB Manufacturing (3rd Shift) Pay: $20.00 u2013 $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM u2013 6:30 AM Training: Training will take place on Day Shift or Swing Shift. Candidates must be flexible during the training period. Job Description We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to support printed circuit board manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating laminating equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring panels meet work order specifications before moving to the next department. Key Responsibilities + Operate laminating and related department equipment + Perform quality inspections to ensure panels meet work order standards + Conduct preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs + Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system + Read and interpret shop orders to verify counts, quality, and completion of prior operations + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred + Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or similar manufacturing environment + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop documentation + Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to cross-train + Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements + Ability to stand 8u201312 hours per shift + Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
