Now Hiring: Bilingual Enrollment Clerk (Contract) u2013 Tulsa, OK Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: Through August 31st (may end earlier or extend depending on workload) System One is partnering with a respected non-profit organization in Tulsa to hire a Bilingual Enrollment Clerk. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrative professional who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping the community. Position Overview The Enrollment Clerk reports directly to the Program Manager and plays a key role in supporting enrollment and participant services. This role will evolve over time, but core responsibilities include: + Benefit Management: Utilize benefit management software to review cases, resolve outstanding issues, verify documentation, and ensure timely processing of benefits. + Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain participant information in CRM systems for tracking and reporting. + Customer Service: Provide high-quality support to participants via inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, and email. + Mail Support: Assist with organizing incoming mail, entering return mail data, and preparing outgoing mail to ensure timely benefit delivery.
