Position OverviewThe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Pod Lead / Technical Architect is responsible for leading the migration and implementation of analytics solutions from Adobe Analytics (AA) to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This role combines deep platform expertise with technical leadership, guiding pod delivery while ensuring accurate recreation of analytics logic, reporting structures, and governance standards within the CJA environment.Because migration utilities do not fully translate AA Workspace components into CJA, this role requires hands-on expertise rebuilding projects, segments, and calculated metrics directly within the CJA interface.
