Education/Skills Associateu2019s degree required; BSN preferred. BSN will be required within 3 years of employment. Professional Nursing Organization membership encouraged. 1. Experience Minimum of one year experience is preferred. Ability to care for newborns also preferred. 1. Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted; Texas State RN license required30 days after hire; current BLS required; NRP required within first 90 days; Specialty Certification encouraged.
