And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryA Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, andis responsible forensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.Essential Functions:1. Merchandise/PresentationPrice merchandiseStock shelvesExecute the displays,signand inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandiseExecute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandiseReset departments following POGsRequired QualificationsDeductive reasoning ability, analyticalskillsand computer skills.Advanced communication skills and supervision skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arisePreferred QualificationsExperience as a retail supervisorEducationHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred but notrequired.Anticipated Weekly Hours29Time TypePart timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $27.50This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
