Journeyman Electrician $38 / hr Job Description We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a unique opportunity in our Red Oak, TX location. This is a first-of-its-kind project focusing on industrial and commercial installations. Responsibilities + Install, repair, and maintain the electrical parts of industrial equipment. + Work individually or as part of a team to successfully complete projects. + Follow safety procedures and adhere to electrical codes. + Interpret technical documents correctly for proper execution of assignments. + Conduct quality assurance measures and inspections. + Ensure that all administrative processes, including torque sheets, 5S (Five S), and tool inventory/tracking, are maintained. + Promote a 'Safety first' culture by leading through example and implementing all safety policies and procedures. Essential Skills + High school diploma or equivalent (GED). + Associate degree/trade school certification in a related field. + Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program, or journeyman experience. + Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and regulations. + Industrial electrical experience preferred, commercial electrical experience accepted. + Ability to understand schematics and other technical documents. + Ability to bend conduit and install large cables. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on ladders. + OSHA10 and/or OSHA30 certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with conduit, wiring, sensor installation, and blueprint reading. Why Work Here?
