This vital role will work closely with the Associate Services team to execute all operations relating to the associate services department. This is a unique hands on training opportunity for someone to learn various aspects of the hotel business. Omni Care Interns are provided a summer internship opportunity that may result in acceptance into our LID (Leader in Development) program based upon performance & program availability.We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you are pursuing a degree in hospitality or human resources, we would love to speak with you about this role.Provides comfortable and hospitable reception to all associates upon entrance to the ASC officesOrganize and file associate related documentsPrepare and review written documents accurately and completelyDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employeesSupport in all the recruiting activities and in building candidate relationship in the communityAssist with employee engagement initiativesPrepares memos and other correspondence, including employment verifications, in a timely mannerProvides administrative and technical support to the HR teamFlexible in working various entry level service positions within the propertyAbility to effectively communicate in written and spoken English is requiredComputer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows is requiredThe ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, effectively and accurately completing delegated tasks and assignments is requiredWillingness to learn and take on different projects Ability to adapt to changing environmentsMust be willing and able to work 24 hours per weekAbility to maintain confidentiality at all times, handle employee matters effectively and employee inquiries with sensitivityCurrent student pursuing Business Administration, Human Resources, or HospitalityBilingual Spanish Preferred*Pay: $26.00/hour The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay.
