Cummings Electrical is hiring a Equipment & Facilities Helperfor our Integrated Manufacturing facility.Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!Safe operation of equipment is a must; negligent and/or abusive operation will not be toleratedEnsure adherence to all safety policies and procedures including safety initiativeAssist with installation, assembly, and relocation of equipment and furniturePromptly report any mechanical or safety problem with the equipment in accordance with company proceduresUnderstand the value of teamwork and communications necessary to operate onsite functionsPerform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systemsConduct routine inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to identify maintenance needsSupport team projects and special assignments, providing general handyman skills where requiredUsage of power tools to perform routine duties and tasks as necessaryPerform physical duties (lifting, climbing, cleaning of equipment)Work mostly indoors but still be subject to extremes of temperature and weather (i.e. warehouse environment)3+ years of relevant equipment experience with proven safety recordKnowledge and experience working with different types and sizes of equipment such as scissor lift, boom lift, forklift, and power skates.Experience with Equipment Material Inspections How we support you:Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
