If you’re an experienced technician or supervisor who takes pride in delivering top‑quality work, enjoys coaching and developing others, and thrives in a role where every day brings new challenges, we’d love to meet you!__________________________________________________________________________________Responsibilities:Field Leadership- Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC technicians in the field to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction•Job Site Management- Oversee residential HVAC service and installation projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards•Technical Support- Provide on-site troubleshooting and advanced technical guidance for complex system issues•Training & Development- Help onboard new technicians and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continued skill growth and adherence to company procedures•Quality Control- Conduct job audits, inspect work quality, and verify safety compliance across all field operations•Customer Relations- Resolve escalated customer concerns and represent the company with professionalism and integrity•Scheduling & Coordination- Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations•Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and performance evaluations•Safety Oversight- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment•Service Software Use- Utilize Service Titan or equivalent platforms to monitor job progress, technician performance, and job notesQualifications:Experience- 5+ years in residential HVAC service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role•Technical Expertise- In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, diagnostics, and repairs•Certifications- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required; NATE Certification preferred•Leadership Abilities- Proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a team in a fast-paced field environment•Customer Service Focus- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills•Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work on ladders, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions•Valid Driver’s License- Clean driving record required for company vehicle useWhat We OfferMedical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance- Comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of-pocket expensesDisability & Term Life Insurance- Financial security for you and your loved onesMatching 401(K) Benefits- Competitive retirement savings plan to help secure your futureOngoing Training & Development- Opportunities for continuous growth and skill enhancementPaid Holidays & PTO- Paid time off for holidays and generous paid time off for work-life balancePay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. + Bonus opportunities! ________________________________________________________________________________________Join our team atFolkes Home Servicesand become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
