Each day, you will take ownership over getting everything ready to serve your customers and execute your assigned route with the highest level of care and respect.A large part of your responsibilities include speaking face-to-face with your customers. You will be expected to build genuine relationships, set expectations, and resolve concerns. Specifically, you will own termite treatment services and ensure they are used in an effective and compliant way. Each of your visits will include:Preparing the specific materials for that customer's unique needsLetting the customer know you are on your wayKnocking on the door and greeting the customerPerforming the serviceReporting in person and detailed notes on what you saw, did, and recommend for the customers' continued pest protection.Proceed to the next customerWhat you need to be successful?A positive, people-focused attitudeDesire to grow as an individual and build positive relationshipsEffectively communicate value to customersLearn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take actionLearn/follow servicing protocols to apply solutions/productsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to lift to up to 50 pounds occasionallyMust be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposesA valid driver's license, authorized to work in the USExperience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor workFace-to-face customer service experience and people skillsCurrent pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticidesDesire to learn and develop as an individual and leaderPrevious experience in termite work a strong plusFox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer#IndeedFPCNortheast
