Your responsibilities include:Oversees all documentation control efforts for the CCM process, ensuringaccurateand compliant management of all configuration-related documentation for the C2ISR transport program.Oversees implementation of documentation control systems and methodologies for managing the full lifecycle of critical CCM deliverables (e.g., ECRs, CCB minutes, configuration baselines).Functions as a technical expert in aligning CCM documentation with system configurations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all C2ISR systems and design modifications.Oversees the administration and optimization of the central CCM document repository, ensuring its effectiveness for version control, access, security, and long-term archiving.Providesexpert guidance to technical teams, change control specialists, and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) on documentation control best practices for CCM, minimizing inconsistencies and ensuring comprehensive traceability.Evaluates the overall effectiveness of documentation control processes within CCM,identifyingtrends, and recommending major changes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall mission effectiveness.Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior Documentation Control Specialists involved in CCM support, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in documentation quality and adherence to standards.Leads collaboration with key stakeholders, including Configuration Managers and audit teams, to ensure CCM documentation supports regulatory requirements and audit readiness.Develops and refines strategic approaches for managing configuration documentation, identification, and traceability, ensuring alignment with all system authorization processes where applicable.Establishes and enforces adherence toestablishedCCM documentation guidelines, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements across the entire CCM process.Familiarity with project management approaches,toolsand phases of the project lifecycleUnderstand ITIL framework (Event, Incident, Change & Problem Management)Utilize the followingTO Management & Financial Tracking Tools:, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate),; MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries, Confluence, Microsoft Search, lessons learned databases, video library repositories; Archer GRC, Excel/SharePoint audit templates, CMDB with version control;, Tableau, predictive analytics engines, trend analysis dashboards; Teams, Azure AD role based access, mobile access via Power Apps.Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools:Intelinkaccess Configuration Management Database (CMDB); Git; CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI/CD, DAST, Jenkins, Azure DevOps); automated configuration discovery tools; configuration compliance checking utilities; change tracking and audit trail systems; change impact analysis tools; service dependency mapping platforms; blast radius analysis utilities; rollback plan generators; Configuration Management Plans (CMP); site planning tools; rack elevation software; Interface Control Document (ICD) repositories;Required qualifications:Previousexperience asaDocumentation ControlSpecialistor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel;Minimum of5years’experiencewitha BS/BA or3years’ experience with a MS/MA or0years’ experience witha PhD.A current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI levelUS citizenship isrequiredITIL V4 Foundation certificationDesiredQualifications:DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.Work Environment:Location: MacDill AFB, FLOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset trackingTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments Why Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
