Your responsibilities include:Provides leadership for systems integration functions within C2ISR,establishingoverarching goals and strategic plans for delivering streamlined technical integration strategies for complex, mission-critical infrastructure components. Leads activities to transition to modernize engineering practices, digital engineering frameworks, and emerging mission systems technologiesDirects and controls the strategic design, development, and implementation of innovative approaches to enhance system interoperability, technological convergence, and mission effectiveness across diverse operational platforms. Provides training on integrated C2ISR workflows, data flows, and cross-platform dependenciesPossesses expert domain and technical knowledge in advanced systems integration, enterprise architecture, and C2ISR systems, applying this to define and drive the technical roadmap for creating integrated solutions that address emerging technological challenges and evolving mission requirements.Has overall responsibility forestablishingand implementing advanced site survey and integration capabilities designed tooptimizeoverall system performance and technological adaptability for the entire C2ISR Transport Infrastructure.Engages in high-level client negotiations and interfaces with senior managementregardingthe strategic vision, capabilities, and resource allocation for advanced integration solutions within the C2ISR Transport Infrastructure.Utilizes expert domain knowledge and decision-making that has a critical impact on the overall project implementation, ensuring all integration solutions enable continuous mission-focused technological innovation for C2ISR capabilities.Directs and controls the methods and staffing for systems integration teams, ensuring delivery of high-impact, scalable, and resilient integrated solutions thatoptimizeC2ISR system performance.Providesauthoritative guidance on all integration support areas, including configuring components for Squadron Operations Centers, GHOCs, SATCOM Gateways, RGEPs, DDS Sites, ETDVS solutions, and pre-existing DISA Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 infrastructure.Establishes and governs the architectural principles, tools, and platforms for all systems integration efforts, criticallyimpactingthe reliability, resilience, and interoperability effectiveness of C2ISR systems.Shapes the future direction of C2ISR systems integration for theTask Orderby pioneering new integration techniques, research, and advanced interoperability models, directlyimpactingmission success and future-state readiness.Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: SIL; Tri Domain Lab; CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI/CD, , DAST, Jenkins, Azure DevOps); automated deployment tools (Ansible, Terraform); vendor integration platforms (SAP, Oracle, AWS GovCloud); performance monitoring dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana); bug tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps); RMF compliance tools; advanced interoperability testing frameworks. ServiceNow and Jira for CMDB.GitLab, VMware Aria Automation and Orchestration, Jenkins, RedHat Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, Prometheus,HAProxy, and Grafana forDevSecOpspipeline.SparxEA, Cameo, and Visio for modeling. Docker, Kubernetes, and VMware Tanzu for containerization / orchestration.Required qualifications:Previousexperience asanIntegration Engineeror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel;Minimum of12years’experiencewith a BS/BA or10years’ experience with a MS/MA or 8years’ experience PHD / Doctorate or 16 years' w/o a degree or 14 years' with AS/AA degreeA current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI levelUS citizenship isrequiredDoD 8140 role for WRC: 451; Element: IT; Work Role: System Administrator; Proficiency Level: Advanced / ability to obtainDesiredQualifications:DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.Work Environment:Location: MacDill AFB, FLOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset trackingTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments Why Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
