You’ll stand by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular.● Develop and maintain a strategic, risk-based information security program aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, SOC 2, NIST).● Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), co-managed threat monitoring team, and all outsourced security services.● Lead deployment, maintenance, and integration of enterprise security technologies, including: SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, Proxy, IAM, ATD, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) platforms, and Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS).● Lead the development, review, and communication of security policies, standards and procedures.This is your opportunity to bring security, expertise and leadership to Central California’s leading health system!EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems Security or related field requiredExperience10 years of experience managing or directing an IT security operations area or security monitoring or auditing and compliance experience with at least five years of which were in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredLicense and Certifications: One or more of the following is preferred:CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security ProfessionalCISM-SEC - Certified Information Security ManagerACDA - ACL Certified Data AnalystHCISPP - HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
