Dual-management model with Hospitalists co-managing all patients. Average census of 8-12 patients/physiatrist.No in-house weekend calls (Inpatient Hospitalist coverage on the weekends, physiatrists on home call for rehab related issues)Participation in education and mentorship of CUSOM medical studentsOpportunity for growth to add Outpatient clinics in the continuum of care in Brain Injury, SCI, Amputation, and Stroke as well as spasticity management (chemo denervation, ITB pump refills), per provider interest.
