AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.Valid DEA registration.Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staffNP Requirements:Master's Degree in nursing. Graduate of accredited program for nurse practitionersCompact state or Arizona RN licenseArizona Advanced Practice Nurse licenseSurgical First Assist certificationMinimum of 3 years Cardiology NP experience, preferably in an acute setting.Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC, or d). NP-PNCBValid DEA registrationMust meet credentialing criteria for medical staff
