The Service Line Strategist plays a critical role in advancing service line strategy and driving growth initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market and operational intelligence to inform Service Line leaders and support data-driven decision-making.In partnership with key stakeholders, the Strategist will lead and support in-depth service line analyses, contribute to the development of strategic plans, and help translate strategy into actionable initiatives. Key responsibilities include:Analyze service line performance, market share, referrals, and demographics to inform strategyMonitor competitors, industry trends, payor shifts, and healthcare disruptorsDevelop business cases, financial models, and support capital planning for new initiativesPrepare and support Certificate of Need (CON) materialsPartner with Service Line VPs, CMOs, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to implement growth initiativesConduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and potential disruptorsTranslate data into actionable plans and align initiatives with enterprise strategyMaintain awareness of healthcare regulations, legislation, and industry trendsTrack best practices and strategic moves by competitors and industry leadersConduct research to support strategic planning and CON submissionsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (Required): Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related disciplineMaster’s Degree (Preferred): Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or another healthcare-related field, or equivalent professional experience
