This position is ideal for a confident, autonomous provider who is comfortable managing patients in an inpatient or acute care setting during overnight hours.Position Details:• Schedule: Weekend nights only• Hours: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.• Setting: Emergency Room• Employment type: Per-Diem• Active PA or NP license in CA• Experience in hospital medicine, emergency medicine,preferred• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team• Strong clinical judgment and communication skillsDesert Valley Medical Group offers competitive compensationthat provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. s. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110-$130.00 hourly.
