This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting credentialing requirements for Physical Therapy staff, and assisting with employee communication and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage employee leave paperwork (FMLA, medical leave, personal leave, etc.)Track and maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and documentationPrepare, generate, and distribute HR reports as requestedManage and monitor credentialing requirements for Physical Therapy staff, including license renewals, certifications, compliance documentation, etc.Maintain credentialing tracking to ensure all staff remain compliant with regulatory and organizational standardsConduct employee outreach related to documentation, compliance, benefits, and HR updatesUpdate and maintain employee records in HRIS and other internal systemsAssist with onboarding documentation and employment file maintenance as neededSupport compliance initiatives and auditsMaintain confidentiality of employee informationProvide general administrative support to the HR departmentPerform all other duties as assignedBenefits:Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits with a matchGenerous PTO and flexible work environmentOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding organizationSupportive and mission-driven team cultureQualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred1-3 years of HR or administrative experience preferredExperience in healthcare or credentialing management is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with HRIS systems preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionUSD $18.00/Hr.USD $20.00/Hr.
