Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field. u2022 8-10 years of experience in web development, design, and administration, with a focus on both B2B and B2C environments. u2022 Proven expertise in managing e-commerce platforms like Magento and other CMS systems. u2022 Strong understanding of AI-driven coding trends and the ability to implement innovative solutions. u2022 Experience in leading complex site and database migrations with a focus on preserving performance and data integrity. u2022 Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. u2022 Excellent communication skills to effectively manage technical teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. u2022 Demonstrated ability to monitor and interpret web analytics to drive continuous improvement.
