This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and can deliver clean, polished results in highu2011end residential environments. Position Overview You will complete finishing details and home readiness tasks including patch and paint, drywall touch ups, finish plumbing, tile repairs, finish carpentry, small fixes, adjustments, and general handyman work. Projects involve luxury manufactured homes, so attention to detail and a clean, professional work style are essential. Responsibilities u2022 Complete final finish work, touch ups, and repairs during home installation or turnover u2022 Patch, prep, and paint walls and trim for a clean, seamless appearance u2022 Perform minor tile repairs and replacements as needed u2022 Execute finish plumbing tasks such as fixture installs, adjustments, and leak checks u2022 Handle finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, cabinetry adjustments, and hardware install u2022 Troubleshoot small issues around the home and resolve efficiently u2022 Maintain a clean work area and protect high end surfaces during work u2022 Communicate professionally with supervisors and homeowners when needed Requirements u2022 Strong handyman skill set including patch and paint, light framing fixes, and general repair u2022 Experience with finish carpentry, finish plumbing, and basic tile work u2022 Ability to work independently across job sites in Malibu and Pacific Palisades u2022 Reliable transportation u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high end finish quality What We Offer u2022 $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience u2022 Weekly pay u2022 Full benefits after eligibility period u2022 Consistent work with a respected, growing company u2022 Projects in beautiful Malibu and Pacific Palisades homes Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agoura Hills, CA.
