The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the production of mechanical systems and components. Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: Saratoga Springs, NY area Whatu2019s the Job? u2022 Responsible for the mechanical design of military grade systems including power transformers and other magnetic assemblies. u2022 Research, design, analyze and perform electro-mechanical layouts for high and low voltage electronic military and industrial equipment u2022 Design systems using SOLIDWORKS solid modeling software & ensure thermal and structural integrity of designs through extensive analysis using SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION FEA and SOLIDWORKS FLO SIMULATION CFD software u2022 Participate & lead design reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of product quality and reliability.
