Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and detailu2011focused Warehouse Associate to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This position plays a key role in dayu2011tou2011day warehouse functions, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory upkeep, and cycle counting. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment u2022 Select and pack customer orders with accuracy and in accordance with company standards u2022 Prepare items for shipment by labeling, wrapping, and palletizing as needed u2022 Review order details to ensure correctness and complete all required documentation Shipping & Receiving u2022 Accept incoming deliveries and inspect products for correctness and condition u2022 Process outgoing shipments and create all necessary shipping forms u2022 Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if properly certified) Inventory Management u2022 Conduct regular cycle counts to support accurate inventory levels u2022 Help with replenishing stock and organizing warehouse materials u2022 Identify, document, and communicate any inventory variances General Warehouse Operations u2022 Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe at all times u2022 Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning equipment u2022 Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies Qualifications u2022 Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred u2022 Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods u2022 Basic computer knowledge and ability to use scanning devices u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks u2022 Teamu2011oriented mindset and strong work ethic u2022 Forklift operation experience or certification is a plus Work Environment & Schedule u2022 Fullu2011time role based in Sarasota, FL u2022 Occasional overtime may be necessary depending on workload Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.
