Requisition Number: 216865 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Alarms to provide outstanding customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities using knowledge of Alarm Systems or Sprinkler Systems. Responsibilities include: + Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs. + Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval. + Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects. Skills/Qualifications Required u2022 Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with AHJu2019s as needed u2022 Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service u2022 High School Diploma/GED u2022 Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities Preferred u2022 Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes u2022 NICET and other Fire Certifications u2022 Accurate typing and 10 key pad skills u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
