Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position requires someone with strong organizational skills and expertise in managing high-volume recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while supporting other HR functions as needed. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and schedule interviews using Microsoft Outlook to ensure a seamless candidate experience. u2022 Draft and send offer letters and onboarding invitations to new team members. u2022 Facilitate orientation sessions for new team members and assist in onboarding activities. u2022 Manage recruitment workflows using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse. u2022 Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with relevant experience. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. u2022 Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data. u2022 Handle high-volume recruitment tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. u2022 Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in corporate recruiting or HR functions, including high-volume hiring. u2022 Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications in recruitment processes. u2022 Strong skills in scheduling and coordinating interviews using Microsoft Outlook. u2022 Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes effectively. u2022 Knowledge of hiring processes and employment regulations. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. u2022 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
