Adecco is currently recruiting for Machine Operator (Plastic Sheet Extruder) in the Walton Hills, Ohio area. This Role Offers: + $1000 sign on bonus when hired on full time. + Pay starts at $19- $22 depending on experience. (+.75 Shift Diff) + Shift times Monday - Thursday 2pm u2013 12am 4 hoursPossible Friday if production requires. + Benefits packages including medical, dental, vision insurance 401K. + Training programs also available through Adecco. Requirements u00b7 1 Year Machine Operator time in Plastic Manufacturing (Preferred) u00b7 Tow motor experience/ Pass Adecco Forklift Assessment with 80% or better u00b7 Must Be able to read a tape measure. u00b7 Ability to read measuring devices such as ruler, caliper, dial indicator, micrometer, and scale. u00b7 Lift up to 50lbs unassisted Duties & Responsibilities: Sets up and operates extrusion line to produce plastic sheets which meet customer specifications and dimensions according to work orders. Operate grinder machine to recirculate scraps that can be used in the process. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: u00b7 Load materials into extruder and adjust feed mechanisms to set feed rates. u00b7 Move controls to activate and adjust for extruding process. u00b7 Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect any defective material or any machine malfunctions. u00b7 Responsible for detailed completion of work orders and production reports. _CLICK TO APPLY_ Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
