Job Description As a member of this squad, youu2019ll focus on maintaining and supporting legacy search platforms that power at least five internal products. The role centers on working within a large, established codebaseu2014resolving bugs, responding to outages, and ensuring overall system stability and reliability. While new feature development is limited, youu2019ll occasionally handle enhancement requests as needed. This role prioritizes quality, thoughtful problem solving, and strong communication over speed. Youu2019ll collaborate closely with internal users, frequently engaging via Slack and participating in regular team discussions. Mid-level engineers will primarily focus on ticket execution, while senior engineers will dive into more complex issues and mentor othersu2014playing a key role in keeping critical systems running smoothly and efficiently.
