DescriptionAssistant Nurse Manager - Medical Acute at St Josephs Hospital-ChewelahSchedule: Full time, 36 hours per week from 8:00 AM -5:30 PM (Schedule may vary to meet the needs of the team - may need to fill open shifts in the ACU, ER or Admin Supervisor)Candidate will work with closely with the Manager. Schedule is flexible to support a positive work-life balance.The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse reporting to the unit director/manager who utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shift. The ANM is responsible for supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit and providing managerial presence for all shifts.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
