Field Machinist

Job Title: Field Machinist Job Description We are seeking ten (10) skilled Outside Machinists who are adept at handling on-site repairs and precision shop work. We value those who are true 'dirt-under-the-fingernails' experts, capable of working under pressure in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities + Perform on-site repairs using in-place mills, flange facers, and boring bars. + Fabricate replacement parts in the shop as needed. + Utilize laser trackers and inclinometers for precise operations. + Engage in 'bucking in' and in-place foundation work. + Work night shifts, providing flexibility in hours. Essential Skills + 5+ years of onsite experience. + Proficiency in sharpening tools. + Familiarity with laser trackers and inclinometers. + Experience with 'bucking in' and in-place foundation work. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Millwright with strong machining skills. + Experience with pumps, motors, air cylinders, cranes, and gas turbine mechanics. + Skill in handling boring bars, flanging, honing, and machine setup. + Proficiency in using calipers.
