RESPONSIBILITIES + Process payments received on account and accurately post journal entries daily + Contact clients and/or labs to obtain needed posting information + Verify accuracy of posting information via computer system + Maintain appropriate files and records as required by department, company and various regulatory agencies. u2022 + Keep supervisor informed of problems and any significant factors affecting assigned responsibilities. + Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties in order to complete assigned tasks. + Performs and completes projects, as assigned, in order to meet the needs of the department/company along with any other assigned duties. Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Minimum 1 year of previous working experience required + Specific work in medical billing, AR.AP, Claims/Insurance will be given priority + Previous RCM work experience preferred + Alpha-Numeric Data Entry proficiency (10 key skills) preferred Other Desired Skills: + Previous experience posting payments---checks, credit cards, wires/eft strongly preferred + Previous experience with working bank addendums to gather payment information strongly preferred + Willing to work monthly closeouts---could be around holidays required u200b Application Window Closes: 2/17/2026 Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm Eastern Time On-Site Graham NC All job offers will be based on a candidateu2019s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
