Requirements u2022 Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, such as CFO, VP of Finance, or senior Controller. u2022 Proven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and capital planning. u2022 Strong background in margin optimization, cost analytics, and liquidity management. u2022 Familiarity with advanced financial systems and tools, including Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI. u2022 Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies. u2022 Experience in sectors such as financial services, specialty finance, or real estate preferred. u2022 Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and guide executive-level decisions. u2022 Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
