RPA Lead developer (Remote)

RPA Lead developer (UiPath) Job Description: Experience (Years): 10+ Years Experience required + Must have 8+ yearsu2019 experience in RPA using UiPath + Must have 2+ year of experience as an architect for UiPath and have successfully lead large RPA implementation programs. + Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment. + Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams. + Strong analytic skills related to UiPath agentic automation implementations + Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts + Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently + Must have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools) Qualification: + Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology + Good to have masteru2019s degree in data science, IT, or related field Roles & Responsibilities: + Define enterprise architecture models based on the overall organizationsu2019 business and technology vision. + Experience performing technical assessments for clients and creation of automation roadmap and opportunity list with cost-benefit analysis
