Our Employee Relations & Shared Services Intern and play a key role in operationalizing knowledge management and communication infrastructure. Youu2019ll work hands-on with Microsoft SharePoint, develop crucial documentation, and create tools that improve efficiency and minimize risk across our organization. This is your chance to gain meaningful experience, bolster your professional skills, and make a real impact Key Competencies & Responsibilities + Optimize and restructure the HR SharePoint site for intuitive navigation and adoption among team members. + Create, standardize, and publish knowledge articles detailing team processes, policies, and best practices to empower Employee Self Service. + Develop clear, compliant, and user-friendly work instructions that minimize operational error and enhance HR service delivery. + Build and maintain a well-organized communication template library; transform word tracks into accessible guidance for HR professionals and leaders. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and ensure materials meet end-user needs. Qualifications : + Currently enrolled in a bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree program (or equivalent) with a business-focused degree (e.g., economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, human resources, etc.) + Highly motivated and adaptable, with a curiosity to learn real-world business and financial concepts + Self-driven, resourceful, independent, and willing to take initiative + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative style to working 1:1 or as a team + Basic project management and research capability + Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail + Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and high technical learning agility + Can maintain confidentiality and discretion + Must be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in Michigan u2013 sponsorship and relocation / housing are not offered with these positions Application Deadline: April 24 th , 2026 Duration: 11 weeks , 40 hours per week Start Date: June 1 st , 2026 End Date: August 14 th , 2026 Hybrid u2013 2-3 days in the Troy HQ Office Base pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
