Description Technical Specialist Salesforce Developer The Bank Vendor and tech finance team is seeking a Salesforce Developer to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to: 1. Independently build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentor as needed. 2. Lead Proof of concepts with the architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices. 3.Experience with Financial service cloud or FSC, as well as financial sector Duties and Responsibilities: u00b7 Demonstrate proficiency in Core Salesforce capabilities such as: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security. u00b7 Participate in enhancements to DevOps processes (pipelines, monitoring, test automation). u00b7 Understanding of enterprise cross-system integration concepts such as processing events and interacting with APIs. u00b7 Conduct product/solution evaluations u2013 including Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor offerings - for domain by creating prototypes/Proof of concepts as a means to elicit clarify and design towards the business goals. Basic Qualifications: u00b7 Bachelor's Degree u00b7 Min 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications which includes full-stack development experience. u00b7 Min 2-3 years in a scrum team environment u00b7 Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are primary to the success of this candidate. u00b7 SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products & strong data modeling experience. u00b7 Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Salesforce Certifications such as, but not limited to: Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant u00b7 Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade experience highly preferred u00b7 Experience with Salesforce CI/CD(Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc) u00b7 Experience with other salesforce products like MuleSoft, Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus u00b7 Google Cloud knowledge preferred Skills , apex, financial service cloud, FSC, financial Top Skills Details ,apex, financial service cloud, FSC, financial Additional Skills & Qualifications Job ID 7611 Experience Level Exp Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI.
