FTE: 0.001000 Standard Hours: 0.01Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: OPT position for coverage needs atFroedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend mitment to two weekends shifts per month and one Holiday per year.Weekday coverage desired but not required. Job Summary: TheSpeech/Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapyservices to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, anddocumenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist alsoparticipates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activitiesdesigned to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: State of Wisconsin license in Speech-LanguagePathology is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) asawarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is requiredor must be obtained within 18 months of hire. American Heart Association(AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHAapproved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
