FTE: 0.800000 StandardHours: 32.00 Shift: 1st Shift Details: No scheduled hours on Monday,Tuesday 0945-1815 and Wednesday-Friday 0845-1715. Rotating weekendsapproximately every 5th weekend. Saturday mornings 0745-1145 or0800-1200 Job Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and varioustechnical, non-technical, and clerical functions. EXPERIENCE: Completionof an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experienceincluding direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience witha minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred. EDUCATION: High Schooldiploma or equivalent is preferred. LICENSURE: ASCP certification ispreferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to read and write necessary tocomprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs andcomplete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessaryto count instruments and complete count sheets are required.
