Sr. Project Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring alignment with strategic goals while delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in project management methodologies, and a proven ability to foster collaboration across teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop project charters, vision statements, and strategic plans to set clear objectives and ensure effective project initiation. u2022 Manage project scope, schedules, and resource plans to meet stated goals and deliverables. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects. u2022 Evaluate the impact of project requirements on business processes, technology systems, and operational readiness. u2022 Identify and mitigate risks while tracking progress, managing issues, and implementing change controls. u2022 Facilitate decision-making and governance by maintaining comprehensive records of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. u2022 Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder impact assessments and readiness efforts. u2022 Promote best practices in project management by standardizing processes and documentation. u2022 Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure accessibility and version control throughout the project lifecycle. u2022 Effectively manage time and resources to optimize collaboration and productivity. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and business process improvement. u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and best practices. u2022 PMP certification is required. u2022 Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and other project management tools. u2022 Demonstrated ability to create and deliver status reports to diverse audiences. u2022 Skilled in analyzing complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and resolve issues effectively.
