Youu2019ll assemble custom HVAC units from the ground up, work with a variety of tools, and support a clean, organized shop environment. What Youu2019ll Do + Assemble custom HVAC and chiller units designed for national data center clients + Use hand tools and power tools to perform high-quality mechanical assembly + Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and build instructions + Assist with general shop tasks including sweeping, organizing, and shrink-wrapping units for shipment + Support other assemblers by keeping the workspace clean, safe, and efficient + Work collaboratively in a tight-knit, positive, team-oriented environment What Makes You a Great Fit + 1u20132 years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or hands-on production experience + Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and power tools + Ability to read basic drawings, prints, and schematics + Experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal, or commercial mechanical systems is a plus + Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to give a crisp, confident high-five when needed Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.
