Join us and help shape the future of sound. Description Drive Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to exceed sales targets within a major consumer retailer. Cultivate Deep Partnerships: Build and nurture executive-level relationships, negotiate strategic programs, and collaborate on joint business development initiatives to drive mutual growth. Become the Category Expert: Act as the subject matter expert for Apple's products, providing insights, training, and strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Optimize Retail Experience: Partner with the account to enhance the physical and digital customer journey, ensuring best-in-class merchandising, product presentation, and sales associate engagement for Apple. Analyze Market & Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner sales data to identify growth opportunities and forecast business health. Lead Cross-functional Initiatives: Collaborate seamlessly with Apple's internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product) and partner teams to develop and execute innovative programs, promotions, and go-to-market strategies. Champion End-Customer Experience: Deeply understand the end-customer's needs and purchasing journey within the retail environment, constantly striving to exceed expectations and expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem. Minimum Qualifications + Proven Sales & Account Management Acumen: 5+ years of strategic account management experience, ideally within consumer electronics or a major retail channel. + Strategic Business Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans, identify market opportunities, and drive profitable growth. + Exceptional Negotiation & Influence: Master negotiator with a track record of successfully closing deals and influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. + Deep Retail Channel Understanding: Profound understanding of the US consumer retail landscape, operational dynamics, and digital commerce strategies. + Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to inform strategy and drive decisions. + Dynamic Communication & Presentation: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and command an audience. + Customer Obsessed: Relentless focus on understanding partner and end-customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies that deliver superior experiences. + Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience, a
