Senior Process Engineer

Job Description A partner of Insight Global, a solar cell manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Senior Process Engineer to join their growing team. The process engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving processes to improve quality and efficiency. Responsible for one or more processes within the solar cell manufacturing line. Major responsibilities include the development and operation of the processes used in the manufacturing flow with an emphasis on ensuring the process meets the product design requirements for optimized efficiency, quality, throughput, safety, and cost. This role interfaces with other disciplines within the facility including equipment engineering, quality, production and supply chain. Process engineers are expected to drive a continuous improvement methodology to enhance overall factory output. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills as well as the ability to work with cross functional teams and organize and present results in a clear and compelling way.
