Schedule Monday- Friday Noon- 9pm Essential Functions: u2022Drives compliance with daily safety requirements and builds/sustains a culture of safety among subordinates and peers u2022Keeps track of key performance indicators across functions including administrative support, inventory, and quality assurance u2022Supports FFC services and complies with policies and procedures u2022Assists FFC with physical inventory interacting with various IT, corporate, and warehouse management systems to investigate and fix complex and technical issues u2022Participates closely in inventory system testing activities and integration which requires in-depth knowledge of the various systems u2022Creates reports that provide the FFC with visibility to inventory issues u2022Research issues related to daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly inventory reports for FFC u2022Develops monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities. u2022Audits for customer fulfillment orders and store replenishment orders u2022Evaluates and recommends alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement u2022Interprets and supports quality policies and implements guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents u2022Adheres to quality processes identifying issues and gaps in current processes or documents u2022Performs delivery management overseeing load planning and allocation u2022Reports quality metrics to leadership u2022Develops new methods to resolve identified issues u2022Troubleshoots and manages emergency situations assessing best solution and utilizing most effective and efficient resources u2022Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding schedule adherence and other operational needs or problems reporting discrepancies and/or unsafe conditions recommending and implementing corrective actions u2022Leads efforts driving administrative, inventory, and quality core tasks and supports training, education and upskilling as needed u2022Communicates effectively with associates regarding business objectives or current issues u2022Monitors individual and team productivity and drive continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one on one coaching u2022Approves off standard hours for associates ensuring accurate accounting of performance for team u2022Sets goals and communicates clear expectations for associates providing timely and constructive feedback u2022Provides associates with meaningful developmental opportunities and prepares them for upward promotion as applicable u2022Works with associates to build a work environment of engagement and inclusion u2022Participates in the process of hiring talented individuals for the team, submitting, requisitions, interviewing, and partnering with HR in the hiring process u2022Trains new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures as applicable u2022Discusses and resolves conflicts between associates u2022Sponsors and leads associates through change u2022Responds to incidents or injuries and ensures first aid response takes place as needed u2022Collaborates with the other FFC teams to ensure consistent processes and expectations Minimum Requirements: u2022Bacheloru2019s degree - Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field OR 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area u2022Basic math and reading comprehension skills u2022Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office u2022Proven record of complying with safety requirements u2022Experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers Preferences: u2022Leadership experience with direct report responsibility u2022Experience mentoring and coaching others u2022Experience monitoring the work of others to ensure quality u2022Experience managing resources, time, and budgets u2022Experience working with and communicating to leadership all levels of the organization u2022Previous leadership roles in other Loweu2019s supply chain facilities, or leadership roles in Corporate-led initiatives u2022Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management System u2022Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the facility _Loweu2019s is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law._ Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
