Description: You will be the Production IPT Lead with our Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team, located in Chelmsford, MA. What You Will Be Doing As a PAC-3 IPT Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the program and serving as the primary liaison between program management and production. You will coordinate across manufacturing sites and functions to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments - while ensuring production operations can stay focused on leading their people and daily floor execution. Your responsibilities will include: + Leading internal Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to track program performance metrics, drive critical actions, and remove barriers to execution + Serving as the communications bridge: translating program strategy and priorities into clear actions for the cross functional team and elevating production feedback/issues back to program leadership + Working in lockstep with Production Supervisor(s) to ensure production execution aligns to the internal operating plan (IOP); when off plan, leading coordination with cross-functional teams to generate and drive achievable recovery actions/plans + Partnering with Production Supervisor(s) to align on priorities, while supporting them in clearing barriers outside their control + Coordinating cross-functional support (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to resolve technical and process challenges impacting execution + Developing and managing program schedule plans and hardware support strategies that enable on-time delivery of products with multiple sub-assemblies + Supporting supervisors in achieving daily tactical goals by driving resolution of roadblocks with cross-functional teams, while leading broader strategic efforts for continuous improvement + Presenting and communicating effectively at all levels, from shop-floor discussions through senior leadership and external stakeholders Why Join Us We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production IPT Lead to join our team in Chelmsford, MA. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290.
