Duties and Responsibilities: Support Fixture Development team with project coordination. Create/edit Purchase Orders and resolve Oracle invoicing issues. Track prototype manufacturing and delivery timelines. Communicate with suppliers and internal project teams. Maintain project tracking, budget, and status reports. Analyze historical store data in Oracle to determine fixture needs. Review floor plans, elevations, and site photos. Use Sage and Excel for estimating and cost forecasting. Create PowerPoint info packets and training documents. Review and approve technical drawings. Support cost negotiation, forecasting, and budget planning. Perform physical reviews of prototype fixtures for quality and fit. Required Skills 1u20133 years project management experience Bacheloru2019s degree (Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering) OR 5+ years relevant experience. 3u20135 years retail fixture, planning, construction, or manufacturing experience Purchasing, forecasting, imports, and logistics knowledge Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Office, Teams Experience with materials used in fixture manufacturing Preferred: Lucernex, Oracle, Photoshop, Autodesk Travel & Work Schedule In-office: Minimum 2 days (Tues & Wed) Local travel in MA/CT/RI/NH: 6u20138 store visits per month (mileage/toll reimbursement) What's in this Project Specialist Junior position for you? + Pay rate: $30/hr. + Location- MARLBOROUGH, MA 01752 (Hybrid) + Work Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 9am-5pm EST + Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST + Weekly paycheck. + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter. + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.
