Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Training & Development Administrator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This long-term contract position involves managing administrative processes related to training activities, ensuring new team members are correctly integrated into systems, and maintaining accurate staffing reports. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and ensuring training materials and reporting are up-to-date. Responsibilities: u2022 Maintain comprehensive staffing reports to ensure accurate tracking and organization. u2022 Oversee the administrative process for onboarding new team members, ensuring their seamless integration into all relevant systems. u2022 Monitor training sessions and generate established reports to track progress and outcomes. u2022 Edit and update existing training documentation to reflect current standards and practices. u2022 Coordinate with team members to ensure training goals are met effectively and efficiently. u2022 Utilize Learning Management Systems to manage training schedules and materials. u2022 Perform accurate data entry tasks to support training processes and reporting. u2022 Facilitate orientations to introduce company policies and procedures. u2022 Provide administrative support for training-related initiatives and document management. u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all training activities. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems to manage training operations. u2022 Strong skills in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. u2022 Experience with accurate and efficient data entry. u2022 Familiarity with conducting or facilitating onboarding orientations. u2022 Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. u2022 Ability to edit and update documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. u2022 Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and new employees. u2022 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
