What Youu2019ll Do + Perform preventative maintenance to keep production equipment in optimal, safe, and readyu2011tou2011run condition. + Respond to maintenance calls from the manufacturing floor, assess issues, and determine the appropriate level of repair. + Troubleshoot mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. + Diagnose electrical issues involving 3u2011phase motors, VFDs, and related components. + Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation. + Operate and maintain maintenanceu2011room equipment according to established procedures. + Repair and support hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and robotic systems. + Participate in crossu2011functional teams focused on process improvement and equipment optimization. + Conduct rootu2011cause analysis to determine immediate corrective actions or escalation needs. + Maintain a clean, organized 5S work environment. + Support and administer the preventative maintenance program. + Assist with auxiliary equipment setup and verification. + Communicate key safety, quality, and production updates during daily team meetings.
