CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be integral to our operations, working with both existing and new state-of-the-art CNC machines. Your expertise will contribute to our high-quality production, renowned for serving various industries for over 50 years. Responsibilities + Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, with 2-4 axis configurations. + Read and interpret blueprints to machine parts with tight tolerances. + Conduct 1st article inspection using micrometers and calipers. + Manage machine changeovers and tool adjustments. + Order parts from quality control and set up CNC fixtures. + Run first part checks and ensure machine accuracy before completing the full order. Work Environment Work in a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop with a focus on safety and organization. Our facility boasts new lighting fixtures and safety markers to ensure a comfortable work environment. Available shifts include Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday evening through Thursday morning from 8 PM to 6:30 AM, with a 10% shift premium and additional differential for night shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Westfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50336.00 - $57200.00/yr.
