Job Title: Shipping Associate II Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate II to join our team. The role involves working from 10am to 6:30pm, focusing on various shipping and receiving tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and organize warehouse materials. + Utilize UPS and FedEx shipping software to prepare labels, process shipments, and ensure accurate outbound documentation. + Pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy, maintaining inventory integrity and meeting daily fulfillment deadlines. + Load and unload trucks to facilitate efficient shipping and receiving processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts. + Experience with RF Scanning technology. + Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience in material handling and shipping & receiving is desirable. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Batesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
