Apply Today Job Summary and Qualifications The HRIS Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting the Lawson Human Resources Management System (HRMS) as well as other HR systems. This role will be an integral team member supporting various HR systems projects, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. This will include supporting various customer bases, being knowledgeable about different applications, maintaining organizational structures, and performing miscellaneous configuration changes. This position is part of a larger HR systems team and is expected to operate within a rapidly changing work environment in accordance with the companyu2019s mission and values, under the supervision of a Manager, HRIS.u200b This role will work a hybrid schedule at our Sky Park location. Major Responsibilities: + u200bDeliver second-tier HRIS support to end users/customers of the Lawson HRMS and other HR systems, resolving issues and/or brokering with key partners to achieve resolution: + Troubleshoot reported functional system issues. + u200bKeep an accurate log of all reported support issues. + u200bCorrect employee history + u200bAssist with system configuration, setup. + u200bDevelop/maintain security classifications, with assistance from the IT&S Security Team. + u200bIdentify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities. + u200bInteract and effectively communicate with internal IT&S, and the support teams for our software vendors, while troubleshooting functional system issues. + u200bConsult with Corporate HR and Field HR personnel regarding employee data maintenance, general system usage, etc. + u200bAssist with testing and implementation of patch upgrades and custom enhancements. + u200bMaintain working knowledge of other bolt-on applications and/or touch-points with both systems ( e.g. Manager Self-Service, Employee Self Service, Taleo e-Recruiting, Sedgwick Absence Management (LOA & STD programs), Towers Watsons Rewards (compensation), Healthstream (workforce development/training), Xerox (benefits administration), Business Objects (ad-hoc reporting), etc. + u200bAssist with development and maintenance of HRIS process documentation + Assist with the development and delivery of HR systems training to core end users + u200bBroad knowledge of HR concepts and terminology + u200bLawson ERP application knowledge preferred + u200bProficiency with Microsoft Excel + u200bBusiness Objects application knowledge preferred + u200bHealthcare experience preferred + u200bExperience working with and interacting in a team environment + u200bAbility to participate in change initiatives Education & Experience: + u200bu200bBachelor's degree requiredu200b + u200bu200b3+ years of experience inu200b relevant work requiredu200b Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
