If you are a self-confident, motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, contact us today SUMMARY As a Client Solutions Director, you will be responsible for: u00b7 Introducing our services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients. u00b7 Developing enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present Robert Halfu2019s suite of offerings for complex client initiatives requiring senior-level talent. u00b7 Researching trends in hiring, the labor market and the competitor landscape. u00b7 Delivering and analyzing marketplace insights and industry trends to clients to become a trusted business advisor. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS u00b7 A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus. u00b7 5+ years of experience. Public/industry accounting/finance or experience in a client-service or advisory environment preferred u00b7 Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills. u00b7 Strong relationship development and persuasive skills-at all levels of the organization. u00b7 Proficient in Microsoft office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus.
