What You'll Do + Provide executive oversight of custodial operations across multiple education sites, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterpriseu2011wide quality standards. + Serve as the primary strategic partner to Cu2011suite clients, influencing decisionu2011making, securing investment for enhanced sanitation initiatives, and driving longu2011term contract growth. + Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership teams while maintaining a strong presence in operationsu2014modeling engagement, accountability, and service excellence alongside frontline staff. + Drive operational innovation, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to elevate the client and student experience.
